I wanted to reply online to the letter posted by Joanne Weisbecker on the subject of banning smoking on the ferry.  I agree whole heartedly with Ms. Weisbecker. Smokers are always concerned with their rights. What about non-smokers rights? We are not forcing anyone to breath anything. They are.

Personally I think people should be allowed to smoke only in the privacy of their own homes. Alternatively smoking booths should be set up where they can go sit, smoke and inhale every bit of a cigar or cigarette and no one else would be subjected to it.
