ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – The wind, rain and snow that blanketed the area yesterday gave way to a sunshine-filled afternoon for the annual Halloween Parade in Atlantic Highlands. Originally scheduled for Saturday, the parade kicked off at 2:00 p.m. today from the municipal harbor. Ghouls, fairies and rock stars marched down First Avenue, past the judges viewing stand set up in front of Atlantic Cinemas.
