MIDDLETOWN, NJ – The Middletown Health Department will hold three Flu Clinics this fall. Clinics for adults 18 years of age and older will be held on November 9th  and November 16th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A Pediatric Clinic for children ages 6 months to 17 years of age only will be held on November 18 from noon to 3:00 p.m.  Clinics will be held at the Parks and Recreation Administration Building at Croydon Hall, 900 Leonardville Road in Room No. 11. Pre-registration is required. Call 732-615-2000 x2165 or e-mail the Health Department using the Contact Us form at www.middletownnj.org. Please provide your name, address, age, phone number, and preferred appointment time.  Appointments will be scheduled at half-hour intervals on a first-come basis. A confirmation e-mail will be sent. Clinics are for Middletown residents only. There is no fee for the influenza vaccination.
