ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – Saturday, October 22 at 7:30 pm, enjoy a concert by one of the metropolitan area’s leading chamber music ensembles. The All Seasons Chamber Players will present compositions by French composers, including  LeClaire (Trio Sonata in D Major); Faure (Dolly Suite for Piano Duet, Op. 56); Poulenc (Sonata for Flute and Piano); and Ravel (Trio in A Minor for Violin, Cello and Piano.)


With 31 years of performance and more than 650 concerts since it’s inception, All Seasons is well known for it’s fine musicianship, as well as for entertaining commentary.   Robert Lawrence, violinist, will provide musical introductions and commentary.  The quintet will also include E. Zoe Hassman, cellist, Benda Sakofsky, flutist, Jean Strickholm, harpsichordist and pianist, and Steven Beck, guest pianist.   Hassman, Sakofsky, and Beck are all graduates of the Julliard School, Lawrence studied at Yale University and the Accademia Chigiana in Siena, Italy, and Strickholm studied at the Eastman School of Music and is a University of Rochester graduate.

The All Seasons Chamber Players concert is sponsored by the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council.  It will be held at the historic Central Baptist Church at Third and East Highland Ave. in Atlantic Highlands, “the jewel of the Bayshore.”  Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 at the door.
