RED BANK, NJ – Mayor Pasquale Menna and the Borough Council invite all to attend a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The ceremony will be held at Riverside Gardens Park on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 6:30 p.m. Political leaders, Red Bank Police and Fire departments, the Red Bank Elks Lodge #233, local church officials, school choirs, vocalists and bagpipers will all be a part of the remembrance services.

Councilmember and Parks and Recreation liaison Juanita Lewis says “September 11th is a day forever etched in our lives. It is a day that we pay homage to those who lost their lives and show gratitude to those who risked their lives in order to save others. We show the watching world that we are a resilient people and out of the ashes of despair, will rise greatness”
