RED BANK, NJ – This is the final update from the Red Bank Office of Emergency Management and the Red Bank Police Department. Hurricane Irene has passed the Red Bank area and we will now see gradual clearing. Vehicle travel may now resume but use caution and be on the lookout for some minor debris and wires down on certain roadways

The evacuation order for Locust Landing has been lifted and residents may now return to their homes.The public is reminded to still use caution around downed trees and wires.The Office of Emergency Management and the Police Department would like to thank the residents and business owners for their cooperation during this weather event.
