Highlands Police Sgt. Robert Burton, the D.A.R.E. instructor wrote in an e-mail, “the Highlands Elementary School DARE program (took) a trip to NY aboard the Seastreak Ferry at no cost to the school or the police department. This is not the first time that Seastreak has sponsored this trip, but this is the largest class to date.”
