Final Weekend

NAVESINK, NJ – Prepare yourself for an evening of dizzying and delicious fun as The Stone Church Players present  Lisa Lambert’s and Greg Morrison’s “musical within a comedy,” The Drowsy Chaperone. The five-time Tony award winning musical magically whisks the audience away to a Golden Aged, folly-filled stage whereupon tap-dancing movie stars, Latin lovers and gangsters– ala pastry chefs– croon and swing away the blues of a humdrum day. Offering a modern, musical spin on a thoroughly classic comedy, The Drowsy Chaperone concludes its successful run this weekend in Navesink’s beautiful and historic Stone Church.

Known less colloquially as All Saints’ Memorial Episcopal Church, the Stone Church is located in Navesink at 202 Navesink Avenue, Middletown, NJ. General Admission tickets for The Drowsy Chaperone may be purchased at the door or by contacting the Stone Church via phone 732-291-0214 or email [email protected]. Ticket prices are: $20 general admission, $15 senior, $5 children under 12. Group rates are also available. Performances last approximately one hour and  thirty  minutes and are scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on June 17 and 18 with a 3:00 p.m. matinee on June 19.
