“The annual benefit carnival here at Middletown High School North is an event I look forward to each year. It’s nice to see all the extracurricular and athletic groups put their talents together to organize a charitable event. This year, I’d like to see a high caliber event with involvement from the entire student body as well as faculty and staff. In addition, I hope for a great deal of community involvement to help make the carnival a big success and promote this charitable cause. Breast Friends Forever is such a wonderful charity right here in Middletown, I think the local community will be willing to work together to make this event a success.” – Dr. Patricia Cartier, Middletown North Principal.

The proceeds from the carnival will benefit, Breast Friends Forever, a charity founded by two Middletown teens, Mike Ruane and Erika Rech. The goal of Breast Friends Forever is to support those individuals and their families who are fighting breast cancer.  Our mission is to help them deal with the consequences of this diagnosis by providing emotional, intellectual, spiritual and financial support and resources in their time of need.
