ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – Ghouls, goblins and Harry Potters paraded down First Avenue in the borough Saturday for the annual Halloween parade.
Due to construction at Borough Hall, the parade route was reversed this year. Costumed participants assembled at Veteran’s Memorial Park and marched along the main business street, waving to the folks along the road. The parade concluded at the Municipal Harbor where children were treated to pizza. Judges presented awards of Target Department Store gift cards to winners in several categories.
