MONMOUTH BEACH, NJ – Paintings and drawings created by Monmouth County Arts High and Middle School students will be on display at the Monmouth beach Public Library, located at 18 Willow Avenue in Monmouth Beach, during the month of November 2010.

The exhibit features work completed by gifted and talented students who participated in the Monmouth County Arts High and Middle School program. The program, which is now in its 8th year, offers advanced arts classes in creative writing, dance, instrumental music, vocal music, acting and visual arts to public and private school students in Monmouth County. Students, admitted to the program through audition are released from their schools one afternoon each week to participate in the various courses which are taught by professional artists.

Work from twenty four Monmouth County students was selected for the exhibit this year. The students are Lindsey Bahr- Neptune HS; Nicole Mago- Middletown HS North; Jessica Bodi, Erik Nilson, Lauren Valese- Middletown HS South; Leighann Bosler, Devin Lane- Keyport HS; Adrianne Cooper, Allison Ferraro, Briana Lynch, Jordan Richards- Wall HS; Katherine Fonte- Red Bank Catholic HS; Anthony Gambarony- Wall IS; Kelly Gibson, Erin Strazdas- Home Schooled; Kayla Jagusch- Monmouth Regional HS; Courtney Jones, Brielle Schiavone- Manasquan HS; Jessica Lam- William R. Satz IS, Holmdel; James Monaghan- Markham Place School, Little Silver; Hannah O’Connell- Long Branch MS; Caroline Weiner- Ocean Township IS; Melanie Weiner-Ocean Township HS; Jessica Zygmaniak- Matawan Regional HS.
