ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – How to decipher a building’s past? What physical evidence and historic documentation do you look for to assess a building’s origin and evolution?  A slide presentation by historic architect Margaret Westfield explains this research.

Atlantic Highlands has over 200 buildings that are more than a century old.

The program is on Wednesday, November 17th beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Center at the Atlantic Highlands marina, at the foot of First Avenue next to Sandy Hook Bay. Presented by the Horizon Speakers Bureau of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, the program is hosted by the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society. Admission is free and light refreshments will be served.
