Lincroft, NJ – Business owners can train their employees for free at Brookdale Community College through a New Jersey Department of Labor and Business and Industry Grant.  All New Jersey businesses are eligible to participate.   Training is free in the following basic skills areas:

Important conditions for program participation include the following stipulations:

  • Participants may register for more than one class but they cannot repeat a class.
  • Participants must pre-register for classes; a letter of confirmation must be presented in class.
  • Participants must be working a minimum of 20 hours per week and must be paid for their time in class.
  • Public employees and business owners are not eligible to participate.
