MIDDLETOWN, NJ -Home rehabilitation grants up to $25,000 are available to eligible Middletown homeowners through the township’s Community Development Office. Improvement projects can include roof, heating, plumbing, electrical and electrical repairs and accessibility improvements. Learn more about the program during a public information session to be held at 6 pm on July 14th at the Middletown Library, 55 New Monmouth Road. The program is funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Eligible homeowners must meet the following federal income limits: 1 person can earn up to $45,100; 2 people, $51,5500; 3 people, $58,000; 4 people, $64,400; 5 people, $69,600; 6 people, $74,750; 7 people, $79,900; 8 people, $85,050.
