MIDDLETOWN, NJ – 11-year-old Phoebe Gartside of Middletown was the winner of the “Name the Whale” contest.  The name she chose for the large whale mural in Children’s Services was “Dewey.”  Phoebe will receive four free passes to Jenkinson’s Aquarium, which were generously donated by the aquarium.  Congratulations to Phoebe!
