I want to thank our state and local public officials, the DOT, and the residents of Highlands, especially the Kiblers, for their combined efforts to have the signs on the Highlands-Sea Bright Bridge re-located and be more attractive, safe, and appropriate in size.  This success shows what can be accomplished when everyone keeps an open mind, respectfully speaks and listens to each other, and works together for the benefit of all.
