SUPPLEMENTS
I owe an apology to my editor of the AH Herald for being very late with this story. I am usually a bit on the late side but this one is being written the morning of the publication date. I have had a touch of the flu this last week even though I got a flu shot a couple of weeks ago. Subsequently, I thought it was a symptom of the radiation I received over the past year.
In addition I have been fighting tendonitis of the shoulder from working out a little too hard over the past months. I have been working out at the gym trying to get back my weight and height and over did it. With my mood down in the dumps, a doctor buddy at the gym pulled me aside and offered to help me with the tendonitis. In addition to the shoulder treatment he suggested I look into the following supplements that he and a number of physicians take.
He gave me a quick education regarding the incredible mark up and contamination of most of the vitamins and supplements on the market today. He then turned me on to new product line that just made a lot of sense to me. You might want to look into it and I will let you know over the coming weeks how it works for me.
I have been on a number of supplements over the past year and have had good results with them but felt something was missing. Also the price was through the roof. This might be the answer to what we fifty plus…alright sixty plus... need in our health programs today. Check out www.vpak.com.
