Synopsis of Incident:

On November 14th, 2018, at approximately 1:28 am, Patrols responded to a home on Williams Way for a reported Burglary. Upon investigation a back door leading to the garage of the home was found to have been forced open and several dresser drawers in a bedroom had been gone through and left open. The residents discovered a gold necklace with faux diamonds was missing. Upon speaking with the residents, it was determined that the Burglary likely occurred between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. The resident also reported that his doorbell rang sometime between 12:00 and 12:30pm, he observed an older model grey sedan in the cul-de-sac, however he did not answer the door and noticed the vehicle had left a few minutes after he first observed it. It is unknown at this time if the vehicle was involved in the Burglary. Anyone with information is requested to contact Detective Sergeant Ed Martinez at Holmdel Police Department at 732-946-4400.
