ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ – The 11th annual Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce Classic Car Show will be held on Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place along 1st Avenue, the main business district. The rain date is Sunday, June 17. The car show is an immensely popular event in town, where attendees and car enthusiasts can appreciate exquisite automobiles from every year, make and model. Over 100 cars will be on display. All classes are welcome including domestic, imports, vintage, antique, collector, classic, muscle, hot rod, custom and trucks/commercial.

The event is free to spectators and is family friendly with costumed characters and live musical entertainment from main act Gary Wright Roots n’ Blues. There will be a variety of street vendors, and local businesses will be open with many running special promotions. The event offers an excellent opportunity to see the diversity of small businesses located in the seaside enclave of Atlantic Highlands.

Entrance fees for show vehicles are $15 in advance or $20 on the day of the event. Vehicle registration forms are located on the website of the Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce at https://atlantichighlands.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Participant-Registration-Form-2018-Summer.pdf.  There will be goodie bags for all participants and trophies and awards including Best In Show, Mayor’s Choice and Peoples’ Choice. New trophy categories have been added which include Best Truck In Show, Best Woman-Owned & Driven Automobile, and Best of the 1920s.

Event sponsors to date include Fastrak Oil & Lube, TeaScapes; Carton Brewing Company; Raceway Park; Atlantic Bagels; Justin Sonata/Edward Jones and KC Design. The deadline for business sponsorship is May 20.
