ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - The AACC Food Pantry is in critical need of food and supplies and Selfless Love Yoga is dedicated to helping the cause by hosting a donation-based class benefiting the local families in need.
The class will be held on Thursday, October 13th from 7-8:15pm at Selfless Love Yoga. The studio is located at 171 1st Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey on the corner of W. Garfield Avenue.
The class will be a free, donation-based Vinyasa flow welcoming all levels of students to join the practice, including beginners and first time yogis. Please bring one or more non-perishable items in exchange for the evening’s practice.
All contributions will be brought to the United Methodist Church of Atlantic Highlands, who is running very low on food and in great need of any help they can get. They host the Food Pantry for the Area Association of Community Churches and serve the immediate area from Sea-Bright to Port Monmouth.
For those who are unable to attend class, but would still like to contribute, drop off is at the United Methodist Church of Atlantic Highlands, 3rd & E. Garfield Avenues. Drop off is Monday Through Friday mornings from 9:30am to noon.
For anyone unable to make either, stop by Selfless Love Yoga before or after class where you will find a donation box by the reception desk. Donations will be collected all week prior to Thursday’s class. For the schedule of classes, visit selflessloveyoga.com
