ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Before you head to the beach this summer, the United Methodist Churches of Atlantic Highlands and Navesink invites you to worship with them during their summer schedule.

Each Sunday, a service will be offered at 10am at one of the churches convenient, air-conditioned sites, both located on the drive to Sandy Hook. During the month of July, the church will meet at their Navesink building at 112 Navesink Ave in the Navesink section of Middletown, just a minute off of Route 36. In August, the group will meet across the highway at their Atlantic Highlands site at 96 3rd Ave, Atlantic Highlands.

Communion will be offered the first Sunday of each month. All services will include a children’s message and activity during the service. Nursery care will be available in Atlantic Highlands in August.

If you are looking to hit the sand even earlier, the United Methodist Churches of Atlantic Highlands and Navesink are proud to announce their new Sunrise Service at 8:30am. The service will be held at the Atlantic Highlands Harbor, in the gazebo located on Sutton Walk. This service will run each Sunday from July 10 to August 28. In the event of rain, the service will be moved to the Atlantic Highlands church.

The United Methodist Churches of Atlantic Highlands and Navesink are led under the direction of Reverend Jill Hubbard-Smith. For more information about these services, or the churches, please contact their office at (732) 291-0485.
