Hurrah for Superheroes!

Tues, June 2nd @ 3pm OR Wed, June 17th @ 3pm (For All Ages) In honor of our upcoming Summer Reading Program, Every Hero has a Story, we present Hurrah for Superheroes! We'll share some stories of heroes with super-powers then create our own superhero masks and "fly".

First Friday Freestyle Art Club

Fri, June 5th @ 4pm (Grades K & Up)First Friday Freestyle Art for Kids is a program offered on the first Friday of the month for school age kids. Each month we'll experiment with a simple art concept.

Crafternoon: Bubble Wands

Fri, June 12th @ 4pm OR Tues, June 23rd @ 7pm (Ages 3-5)Children will be making bubble wands out of wire, and will decorate with a variety of beads offered. this popular program will be offered twice this month, so be sure to only sign your child up for one of them!

Magical Musical Me

Fri, June 26th @ 10am (Ages 2-6) Join us for this fun and interactive music and movement experience. Let's sing, dance, wiggle, giggle and shake. We will play with fun props and play different musical instruments. Everyone will also have a turn on a real guitar!

Act Like a Kid Day

Tues, June 30th @ 3:30pm (Ages 6 & Up) Kids, ages 6 and up,can play old fashioned games such as potato sack races, a pie-eating contest, chicken in a basket and more. Refreshments will also be served along with the fun.

Museum Passes At Middletown Public Library

DROP IN EVENTS all month long

Enjoy some spontaneous fun, get help, practice a skill or make new friends in our drop-in programs throughout the month @ Middletown Township Public Library.  We offer Mother Goose, Simply Story Time, Kids Playgroup, School Age Story Time, American Sign Language instruction, Math Tutoring, LEGO’s, Scrabble & Chess for Kids, TEEN Tutoring & Reading Buddies.   There’s always an art project to create or a puzzle to be solved in the Discovery Zone.  Visit mtpl.org for a detailed calendar of events.
