MIDDLETOWN, NJ -  The following is a listing of programs at Middletown Township Public Library for the week Dec 16 - 22, 2012:

NOTE: Conversational English will not meet during the rest of December.

Program will resume on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

NOTE: Beginning January 2, 2013, an additional session will be held on Wednesdays at 6:45 pm in the Computer Lab.

Sunday, December 16th @ 1:00 pm - American Sign Language for teens and tweens. Tweens Sarah and Phoebe teach fellow tweens American Sign Language in the Teen Zone on Sundays. Register online at MTPL.org.

Tuesday, December 18th @ 7:00 pm - Gingerbread Houses. Make a gingerbread house in the Community Room to have for your holiday. Registration is required so we have enough makings. For teens and tweens.

Monday, December 17th @ 7:00 pm - Pokemon Trading Night. Bring your cards to trade with fellow Pokemon fans. Discuss Pokemon books and movies. Play the game. For grades 2-6.

Tuesday, December 18th @ 4:00 pm - Write Away: Mixed-Up Stories. Use a flip book to create your own zany stories. For grades 3-6.

Wednesday, December 19th @ 10:00 am - Playtime for Babies. Informal playtime for baby with age appropriate toys while they meet and interact with other babies. This drop-in program does not require registration and is for babies 0-23 months with an adult.

Wednesday, December 19th @ 4:00 pm - Crafternoon: Holiday Gift Potpourri. Create your own unique potpourri box to give to someone special during this holiday season! For ages 4-9.

Thursday, December 20th @ 10:00 am - Wild About Winter. Celebrate the start of this special season with stories, songs, games and a craft to take home! For ages 2-3.

Friday, December 21st @ 10:30 am - Storytime, at the Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches. Early literacy fun is not limited to the Main Library. The Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches each hold a weekly story time featuring picture books and a craft. Branch story times are an opportunity to join your neighbors in sharing the joy of reading. For ages 2-5 with parent/caregiver.

Weekly LEGO Night

A drop-in program for school-age children, tweens and teens. LEGOs are provided to create original awesome structures.

Mondays @ 6:00pm at Bayshore and Navesink Branches.
