Wednesday, November 28th @ 7:00 pm - Writers' Group. To support writers in their creative process, this group discusses the writing process with a focus on providing active, supportive critiques of each other's work. Adults and teens with a goal of publishing their fiction or non-fiction work are welcome to attend. All attendees should bring four copies of a 2-6 page piece they would like to have workshopped during the session. The group format is small critique circles (3-4 people share their work, taking turns offering constructive criticism of each other's work). All work is returned to the author with written comments by the end of the session. In the NJ History Room at the Main Branch. For ages 13+.

Tuesday, November 27th @ noon - BCUG PC Roundtable. Come to discuss your computer problems with the experts from the Brookdale College Users Group. This is a group discussion for intermediate and advanced users, not a class. In the Computer Lab.

Wednesday, November 28th @ 11:00 am - eBook Support Group. Need help with your ereader? Come for tips and tricks on how to download books. Bring your ereader to troubleshoot any problems. Get your questions answered. In the Computer Lab.

Sunday, November 25th @ 1:00 pm - American Sign Language for teens and tweens. Tweens Sarah and Phoebe teach fellow tweens American Sign Language in the Teen Zone on Sundays. Register online at MTPL.org.

Monday, November 26th @ 4:00 pm - Reading Buddies. Teen volunteers are paired with children in grades K-3 to engender a love of books in the younger children and encourage them to practice their developing reading skills. This popular program is a great way to help reluctant readers see how "cool" reading can be and to keep avid readers interested in books. No registration required.

Friday, November 30th @ 4:00 pm - Teen Art Club.

Monday, November 26th @ 7:00 pm - Pokemon Trading. Bring your cards to trade with fellow Pokemon fans. Discuss Pokemon books and movies. Play the game. For grades 2-6.

Tuesday, November 267th @ 4:00 pm - Crafternoon School Age Craft: Project Family Tree.  Each child will put together their family tree with decorative background. Please help your child put together a list of names and relationships of family members prior to the program and bring it with you. Adult must stay with child. For ages 4-5.

Wednesday, November 28th @ 10:00 am - Mother Goose. For ages up to 23 months.

Friday, November 30th @ 10:00 am - Toddler Sing-a-Long. For ages 2-3.

Friday, November 30th @ 10:30 am - Storytime, at the Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches. Early literacy fun is not limited to the Main Library.

The Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches each hold a weekly story time featuring picture books and a craft. Branch story times are an opportunity to join your neighbors in sharing the joy of reading. For ages 2-5 with parent/caregiver.

Weekly LEGO Night

A drop-in program for school-age children, tweens and teens. LEGOs are provided to create original awesome structures.

Mondays @ 6:00pm at Bayshore and Navesink Branches.
