SHREWSBURY, NJ - Judges Robert and Elisabeth McKay, owners of McKay Imaging Studios in Red Bank, did a stellar job of selecting the pieces for the best ever photography exhibit to be displayed in the Guild’s main gallery, as well as selecting winners of the awards.

Awards for Excellence:

Best in Color Louis Rissland of Shrewsbury, for “A Window’s View”; Best in Monochrome Helen McAndrew of Monmouth Beach for “Lab Coats”; Alice Tendler Award for Artistic Innovation (donated by David Levy of Shrewsbury) Vicky Culver of Howell for “Where’s Zero?”; Al Goldstein Award for Landscape (donated by Bobbie Goldstein of Tinton Falls) Audrey Vasey of Marlboro for “Room With a View”); Toni Wilczewski Memorial Award for Excellence in Color and Composition (donated by Tom Wilczewski of Long Branch) Marilyn Baldi of Tinton Falls for “Stairwell #2”.

Silver Awards for Excellence:

Action Marc F. of Island Heights for “Carmen!”; Animal Vince Matulewich of Morganville for “No Habit Here”; Botanical Steve Ravner of Freehold for “Three Sisters”; Macro Jeff Sayre of Toms River for “The Better to See You!”; People Hal Kahn of Long Branch for “Tears at Midnight.

Bronze Achievement Awards:
