Atlantic Highlands, NJ - Here's your chance to make a short movie in only 24-hours, AND to win cash prizes! Gather a few friends to form a team and then save the dates of March 11 & 12. On March 11attend the FILM SLAM Kickoff party at 8pm at The Arts Corner, 135 First Ave. in Atlantic Highlands. This is where teams will be given a prop, a line of dialogue, and a location that must be included in each film.
Teams must complete a film, under 2 minutes in length, by Saturday, March 12th and deliver it to the FilmOneFest Benefit Dinner by 8pm at the Beacon Hill Country Club in Atlantic Highlands. Films will be premiered at the Benefit Dinner and judged by our panel of judges based on Originality, Creative Inclusion of the Prop/Dialogue/Location assignment, Production Value, and strength of Story Telling. The top three winning entries will automatically be screened at this year's FilmOneFest and will receive cash prizes. FILM SLAM is free!
