ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Bring your dancing shoes and join the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council for a night of BIG BAND SWING!  It’s an evening guaranteed to get you off your seat dancing! Reeds, Rhythms & All that Brass, an 18-piece jazz-swing dance band will entertain dancers and music lovers of the classic big-band repertoire.  Event is November 21 at 7pm at the St. Agnes Parish Center, 55 South Avenue, Atlantic Highlands.  Food catered by et al in Highlands. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased at aharts.org.  Cash bar, dance demo and silent auction. Proceeds go to the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council.

Reeds, Rhythms & All that Brass is an 18-piece jazz –swing dance band playing the classic big-band repertoire, ranging from Ellington, Basie, and Goodman to Sinatra, Darin, and Ray Charles.

RRB, “The Band with a Heart,” was formed in 1973, with the dual purpose of bringing this thrilling music to established and new audiences, and enabling its members to use their talents for worthy causes.  Since its inception, the band has played hundreds of events for philanthropic organizations, and has been involved in raising over two million dollars for charitable causes.

RRB is directed by Dr. Lou Iozzi, a past president of the New Jersey Jazz Society, and is comprised of both professional and dedicated semi-professional players.  The band is based in Caldwell, New Jersey.  For more information about RRB visit www.rrbbigband.com.
