Opening reception and live music on Saturday, August 29 from 2-5 pm
SHREWSBURY, NJ - Peter Moss, of the McShane Historical Society, is flying in from Ireland to narrate Paul Hansen’s incredible art exhibit, presenting the artist, N.R. McShane. A story Paul’s grandmother told him when he was young, inspired him to contact Peter who informed him of a clandestine club ''The Wolf Child's Hearth'' - a group of pubs strewn across Ireland, where they indulge in drink and the lore of the ancient land. It is rumored that he may be accompanied by perspective buyers from Europe who expressed interest in the purchase of the paintings for the various pubs. Paul says “It does my heart well to think my paintings will hang in the land of my ancestors”. Paul’s band Sketchy Medicine will perform at the reception on Saturday, August 29th from 2-5 pm with a backdrop of spectacular artwork which will excite the mind as well as the eye!
