ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Paintings and drawings created by Monmouth County Arts High and Arts Middle School students will be on display at the Atlantic Highlands Public Library, 100 First Avenue, 3rd Floor, Atlantic Highlands, for the month of May, 2012.
The exhibit features work completed by gifted and talented students who participated in the Monmouth County Arts High or Arts Middle School. The programs, now in their 8th year, offer advanced arts classes in creative writing, dance, instrumental music, vocal music, acting and visual arts to students from public and private, and home schools in Monmouth County. Students, admitted to the program through audition, are released from their schools one afternoon each week during the spring semester to participate in the various courses that are taught by professional artists.

Memorial MS; Dawn Damiano, Alyssa Gray, Wall HS; Franki DeSaro, Middletown HS South; Emma D’Orazio, Shannon Tang, Holmdel HS; Kelly Gibson, Jessica Skoudis, Home Schooled; Lindsey Bahr, Miles Daniels, Stephon Hicks, Rajwaun McKenzie, Brandon Waller, Neptune HS; Devin Lane, Kerrin McLaughlin, Samantha Obreiter, Keyport HS; Alice Maiden, Ocean Township IS; Jonah Rosen, Markham Place School (Little Silver); Samantha Placanica, Jonathan Scarpati, Howell Twp. MS North; Marissa Shea, Mater Dei HS; Katharina Stalzer, Cedar Drive School (Colts Neck); Talia Binns, Avon Elementary School; Alison Conrad, Brielle ES: Cullen Finlayson, Voyagers Community School; Daniel Friedman, Long Branch HS; Jasmine Hoagland, Long Branch MS; Jessi Lembo, David Walker, Manasquan HS; Madeline Williams, Henry Hudson Regional School.
