Free Presentation October 5

Lincroft, NJ - Alpha Pi Theta, Brookdale Community College’s Honor Society, invites the community to its Turner Syndrome Seminar. It will be held Tuesday, October 5 at 11:30 a.m. in room MAN 103 on the Lincroft campus, 765 Newman Springs Road. Lecture information will be presented by doctors, parents and patients.

Turner Syndrome is a random mutation of chromosomes and affects one in 2500 females. The severities of the problems vary considerably. Medical evidence indicates that early diagnosis and treatment will lead to a better outcome for girls diagnosed with the condition.

Guests will learn more about the daily lives of people living with Turner’s syndrome, its causes and history.

This event is free and all members of the community are welcomed.
