RUMSON, NJ- Plans for The Arc of Monmouth’s 44th Annual Winter Glow Ball are underway. To kick off the event, a cocktail party was held for the General Committee to the ball at Salt Creek Grille in Rumson.

Anita Roselle of Long Branch, Chair of the Ball, addressed the members of the General Committee on the evening of September 9, 2010 and announced that the ball will be honoring Steve “Biddy” Bidgood, Regional Partner of the Salt Creek Grille, Rumson & Princeton.

Mr. Bidgood is a recognized leader in the food industry. His success is largely due to his enduring passion for the world of food and beverage, and his genuine love for the community he serves. He supports many local non-profit organizations throughout the year.

“Steve is most deserving of this honor,” said Mrs. Roselle, “he contributes so much to the community and strongly supports The Arc of Monmouth.”

The ball will be held on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Shore Casino in Atlantic Highlands. Spectacular live and silent auctions are planned as well as both a giant cash 50/50 raffle at $100 a ticket and a $5 raffle, the prize being an Atlantic City Getaway, a two night stay at Harrah’s, show tickets and dinner valued at $1500.  The event is black tie, with an elaborate cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 PM.
