LONG BRANCH, NJ - On Saturday, May 14th, Hello Chef in Long Branch will be hosting a Chef’s Table Dinner, with proceeds going to benefit Move For Hunger.
Join Chef Dan Vogt as he takes you on a four-course, seasonal culinary adventure.
Chef's Table Dinner Menu
1st Course: Spring greens with shaved fennel, beet noodles, daikon, grapefruit, and ginger citrus dressing.
2nd Course: Cream of asparagus soup with lemon butter poached scallops and chorizo crumble.
3rd Course: Garlic herb frenched chicken breast with truffled kohlrabi + celery root puree, microgreens, and roasted tomato sauce.
4th Course: Dark chocolate panna cotta with raspberry compote, balsamic glaze, and walnut crumble.
Chef Dan is a personal chef who has worked with professional athletes, celebrities, busy executives, and families. He specializes in preparing wholesome, fresh, gluten-free foods to help individuals take their health and nutritional programs to the next level.
