HIGHLANDS, NJ - Councilwoman Claudette D’Arrigo was contacted on Friday, April 22nd by law firm Weisbrod Matteis & Copley and Stop FEMA Now to speak on Capitol Hill on Thursay April 28, 2016 concerning FEMA and NFIP insurance fraud as well as issues with the RREM program. She will be discussing the problems and frustrations the residents of Highlands and Monmouth County are facing in their Superstorm Sandy recovery process. In addition, Mr. Dale Leubner, Highlands Flood Plain Manager and Client Services Manager at T&M and Associates, will be speaking about his frustrations in dealing with the ever changing rules and regulations imposed by FEMA and how they adversely impact property owners in many different ways.
