Campaign to celebrate T&M’S 50th Anniversary by giving back to community partners

MIDDLETOWN, NJ  – T&M Associates, a leading consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company, celebrates 50 years of client partnerships, innovative projects, teamwork, growth and community service in 2016. To kick-off the company’s year-long celebration of this major milestone, T&M is launching their “50 Ways of Giving” community service campaign, starting with a hunger-fighting event in Red Bank on January 20.

Throughout the year, the company-wide campaign will bring T&M employees together to participate in 50 acts of volunteerism that give back to their partner communities and help those in need. Their first event will be held on Wednesday, January 20, with T&M employees volunteering at Lunch Break in Red Bank, NJ. This organization strives to alleviate hunger and lead those in need to self-sufficiency and healthier lifestyles. T&M employees will be on hand throughout the day to provide food and clothing to community members in need. Future events will include beach cleanups, clothing/canned food drives, encouraging STEM education, rebuilding homes for those impacted by Hurricane Sandy, and support for veterans and active service members, among others.

“A key aspect of T&M’s mission is to improve quality of life and create sustainable value for the communities we serve," explained T&M Associates President and CEO Gary Dahms. “As we approached our 50th year in business, the 50 Ways of Giving Campaign emerged as a way to pay homage to that mission and say thank you for the success T&M has achieved through the work of our clients and employees.”

T&M was founded by Richard T. Noble and Richard M. Schulz in Middletown, NJ on March 21, 1966, to meet the engineering needs of communities throughout Monmouth County. The company since has grown from a seven-person local operation to a nationally-recognized professional services firm, with 19 office locations in eight states and 400 professionals committed to providing high-value technical and engineering solutions to promote the vitality of their community and business partners.

“Very few companies in any industry reach the 50th anniversary milestone,” added Michael Roeder, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. “This achievement is the result of the hard work, dedication and commitment of our employees and the loyalty of our clients. Together, we are proud to honor our past, but we remain focused on our future as we begin our next 50 years of excellence.”
