The public is invited to this free event which takes place on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Monmouth County Library in Shrewsbury at 7 pm.

RED BANK, NJ -  On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, the League of Women Voters of Greater Red Bank will present an interactive discussion about race relations in America today, with special guest panelist Gilda Rogers, Co-Founder of Citizens for a Free and Open Diverse Society. The event takes place at the Monmouth County Library on Highway 35 in Shrewsbury at 7 pm.

The panel will look at discrepancies on how the media describes events based on the racial divide and examine our personal feelings, experiences and unconscious reactions to people who may appear to be different than ourselves.
