EATONTOWN, NJ - Don Glaser, President of Simulation Solutions, Inc., was recently sworn in as chair of the Agency’s Board of Trustees. Glaser, a long-time member of CPC’s board, brings a high-energy, thoughtful and proactive style to the position.
Glaser’s professional accomplishments have positioned him at the top of his industry in designing operating training simulators (OTS), and his acumen regarding technology and its ability to transform operations and improve outcomes is translating into a particular interest in CPC’s ongoing implementation of health information technology. The Agency has established itself as a pioneer among community behavioral health organizations – nationwide -- for its early adoption of the best, evidence-based therapies and treatment protocols, including technology tools that enable more reliable, coordinated and effective healthcare.
Glaser is committed to seeing CPC continue its leadership role in this arena:
“Implementing the most cost effective technology will insure that CPC clients continue to receive superior care and experience better, long-term outcomes.”
“Many of us in MonmouthCounty have experienced firsthand the challenges of a family member, friend, coworker, or neighbor seeking assistance for a mental health issue, substance abuse problem, or learning disability. It’s not easy, and for many of CPC’s clients who lack private insurance or financial means, it could be impossible to receive proper care, were it not for CPC’s ability to provide for these clients regardless of their ability to pay.”
“CPC has delivered this care in a tradition of person-centered, compassionate, integrated approach for nearly 55 years– and will continue to do so far into the future,” promised Glaser.
John Mans, President and CEO of the Agency, commenting on Glaser’s swearing in, stated:
“Don is a sincere, committed advocate for people who need our services. My staff and the rest of the Board are appreciative of his longstanding service to the Agency and his vision for the future.”
