FARMINGDALE, NJ - Changing leaves and a cooler breeze – Autumn is upon us and what a great time of year to be outside with friends and family. Enjoy the change in season at the Jersey Shore Spooktacular, a fantastically fun festival planned and organized by teen Girl Scouts from Monmouth and Ocean counties.
Located at the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore’s Program Activity Center in Farmingdale and throughout the more than 154 wooded acres of Camp Sacajawea, Spooktacular features a wide array of festivities including a ghost walk, haunted hayride, storytelling, scary skits performed by the girls, marshmallow roasting, pretzel/apple dipping, dancing with the DJ and tombstone scavenger hunt.
