mcps deep cut bonsaiMIDDLETOWN, NJ —On Sunday, September 14 from 12-4 p.m., Deep Cut Gardens and the Deep Cut Bonsai Society will present Bonsai Day. Experience this intricate and ancient art through demonstrations and displays, with experts on hand to answer your questions. Held annually on the lawn of the Horticultural Center at Deep Cut Gardens, Middletown, Bonsai Day lets visitors get a glimpse as Bonsai Society members work on their trees. The following demonstrations and lectures will be available for free.

·         1 p.m. – Bonsai Basics – The Keys to Selecting, Maintaining or Just Appreciating a Bonsai 

·         3 p.m. – From Nursery Plant to Bonsai – Starting Your Own Bonsai
