LOS ANGELES, CA - This Sunday, New Jersey native Audrey Kate Geiger will take the stage for her final performance on “Rising Star,” a new singing competition show on ABC. 24-year-old Geiger has made it to the Top 4, and will battle in Sunday’s live finale for the winning spot.
Geiger has been is Los Angeles since mid-June preparing for performances and working with the show’s panel of experts. The experts -- hip-hop star Ludacris, country singer Brad Paisley and pop phenom Kesha -- have all showed their support for Geiger throughout the competition. In the quarter finals, Paisley offered his praise on Geiger, saying “As we get our legs this first season, we have a couple of stars on this show. You’re one of them.”
