PRINCETON, NJ - On Wednesday, August 20th, Learning Ally will host a lively hands-on program called “Dyslexia: Making It Personal” that allows participants to experience what it’s like to have dyslexia.

The workshop consists of three group activities which simulate the challenges and frustrations faced by people who struggle to read because of a language-based learning difference. Participants will also learn how dyslexia affects nearly every aspect of a person's life, particularly their academic performance and emotional well-being.

Parents, teachers and administrators are welcome to attend this free event.

When: Wednesday, August 20, 2014; 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Where: Monmouth County AH AG Building, 4000 Kozloski Road, Freehold, NJ 07728

Admission is free, but space is limited.
