PHOTO: History comes to life through a variety of demonstrations, activities and exhibits during Walnford Day. This free event will run on Sunday, May 18 from 11am-5pm at Historic Walnford, Upper Freehold.
UPPER FREEHOLD – The Monmouth County Park System has announced Walnford Day is moving to May. This annual event will be celebrated from 11am-5pm on Sunday, May 18 at Historic Walnford, Walnford Road, Upper Freehold. Visitors can enjoy horse drawn wagon rides through the park (from 1-4pm) or see how corn is ground into meal during gristmill demonstrations. Other activities include crafts, games, music and exhibits. Admission and parking are free.
