ASBURY PARK, NJ - Jersey Shore restaurateur Marilyn Schlossbach today announced plans to host the third annual “Cooking with Marilyn and Friends,” a charitable series of monthly cooking demonstrations that will highlight the seasonal, vacation-inspired cuisine featured at her five dining locales. Hosted at oceanfront restaurant Langosta Lounge, “Cooking with Marilyn and Friends” will feature a cooking demonstration that includes a six-course dinner and wine and cocktail pairings. Ten dollars from each class will be donated to a local nonprofit organization.
Kicking off at 6:00 p.m. at Langosta Lounge, each “Cooking with Marilyn and Friends” will begin with a cocktail reception. The demonstrations will take attendees on a culinary journey inspired by Marilyn’s international travels. Following the demonstration and question and answer period, guests will enjoy the exquisitely prepared meal side-by-side with the restaurateur.

Tickets to “Cooking with Marilyn and Friends” are $65.00 per person and include the cooking demonstration, a six-course dinner, wine and cocktails; $10.00 from each ticket will be donated to the evening’s beneficiary.
