SAYREVILLE, NJ – One of Central Jersey’s most popular annual food and wine charity events, the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, will return for its 12th year on Monday, October 28, 2013, featuring signature chefs from dozens of Central Jersey’s most popular restaurants. The event, which begins at 7 p.m., is taking place at the Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club in Farmingdale, NJ and is chaired by Pauline Poyner of Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty in Rumson, NJ.

This year’s extravaganza will showcase some of Central Jersey’s top chefs, including Marilyn Schlossbach of Langosta Lounge and Kitschens Catering, Asbury Park, as well as Ron Marino of Christine’s Italian Ristorante, Atlantic Highlands; Jesse Bello-Paseka and Chris Paseka of Sugarush, Red Bank; Ermelindo Firmani of Tosca Rustic Italian Café, Freehold; Michael Lombardi of Lobster House, Freehold; Chuck Tomney of 709 Point Beach, Point Pleasant; Mark Longo of Blue Water Seafood, Red Bank; Ulise Nova of Metropolitan Café, Freehold;  Juan Carlos Hernandez of Scarborough Fair, Sea Girt; Jeffrey Jimenez of Cupcake Carnivale, found all over New Jersey and Philadelphia and Leo Cervantes of Chilangos, Highlands.  Additional culinary luminaries from the area will be in attendance to please your palate.

This year’s event also promises exciting entertainment as well as live and silent auctions items including dining packages, fine wines and champagnes, airline and travel packages, custom clothing, and other specialty items, with all proceeds benefiting the March of Dimes.
