FREEHOLD, NJ - You are invited to join a local group of encouraging, fun-loving, caregivers of pre-school age and school age children for fellowship and support!

Its hard raising an infant, toddler and/or young children! Please consider coming to this group or passing the information along to another parent in need of support!  We will hopefully be able to be social and share fellowship while we support one another in challenges like overcoming tantrums, picky eaters, getting rid of binkies, and ending night time visitors in our beds!

Where: Hope Lutheran Church, 211 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold, NJ 07728 (732) 462-7545

When: First Thursday of every month, 10:00-11:00AM. (With interest we may meet more often.)

What:  Please join us to take a time for yourself and meet others, enjoy adult conversation, share your child-rearing joys, and obtain information and support for the challenges you might face as a caregiver for a small child.  Depending on interest we may dialogue, have guest speakers, complete craft or service projects, sing or worship together.  All are welcome from all families and backgrounds (moms, dads, step parents, foster parents, grandparents, any other primary caregivers for small children).  You need not be Christian to attend, though if we engage in song or worship those activities will have a Christian ethos/perspective.  This is positive and safe way to meet other caregivers, arrange play dates, discover new local kid friendly activities, etc.  Refreshments and child care provided.  Free!

Why: Because you deserve it!   Raising a child is no easy task!  None of us is alone.  It takes a village and we can inspire one another.  If you aren’t comfortable taking a break and leaving your child in the nursery, you may bring your child with you to our group.

Contact: If you have any questions, please contact the Church at 732-462-7545 or call Rebekah Heilman, Esq. at 862-755-6868.

Please join us on December 6, 2012!

And The First Thursday of Every Month Thereafter (January 3, 2013).
