FREEHOLD, NJ - All Monmouth County offices will reopen on Monday, Nov. 5 for business.

The Monmouth County Courthouse is closed, but the Superior Court, Monmouth County Vicinage, will be operating in a limited capacity at the Tinton Falls Municipal Complex on 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls. No jurors should report.

The Chancery Division of Superior Court will convene at the Englishtown municipal building, 15 Main Street.

The Monmouth County Library Headquarters in Manalapan will be open to the public. Eastern Branch Library in Shrewsbury will be closed. Most Monmouth County parks, including playgrounds and off-leash dog areas have been re-opened with some limited access to trails and restrooms. Hartshorne Woods Park is closed due to fallen trees. All park programming is cancelled through Tuesday November 6.

The recovery from Hurricane Sandy is the number one priority for the county at this time. Stay safe!
