Lincroft, NJ –Brookdale Community College is proud to announce that on Friday, May 11, the College will award 2,283 degrees to the 2,269 graduating students class of 2012 in the in the Robert J. Collins Arena.
Of the total degrees, 1,305 are for the Associate in Arts, 523 for the Associate in Applied Science, 359 for the Associate in Science and 12 for the Associate in Fine Arts. Fourteen students have earned two degrees. Fifty nine academic credit certificates will be awarded. One academic credit certificates of achievement will be awarded. Outstanding Student awards recipients are;

- Mathematics:, Ocean Grove
- Science & Health Science: Long Branch
- Social Science & Education:, Hazlet
College Interim President Dr. William M. Toms will preside over the graduation ceremony. Grand Marshals will be Professor Barbara Baron and Professor Jeanne Vloyanetes. Delivering the invocation will be Reverend Robert Kaeding who will be also be presented an Honorary Degree by Professor Eric Goll.
Dr. Toms will give the welcoming address. Greetings from the Class and Presentation of the Class Gift will be from Tim Hart, Manasquan who was elected to serve as the 2012-2013 Graduate Trustee. Dr. Dianna Phillips, Executive Vice President, Educational Services, will announce the Certification of Candidates. Reverend Robert Kaeding will deliver the ceremony’s closing benediction.
