FREEHOLD, NJ - To mark Law Day, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, in collaboration with the Monmouth Bar Association, will hold an Elder Law Seminar on Thursday, May 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at the courthouse of the Monmouth Vicinage, in courtroom 326 of the Monmouth County Courthouse in the south wing.

The panel of presenters includes volunteer attorneys from the Monmouth Bar Association, Monmouth County Surrogate Rosemarie D. Peters, and a representative from the Monmouth County Office on Aging. Topics will include guardianship, wills, estates, probate and trusts.  Time will be allotted at the end of the presentation for questions.
