Monmouth County, NJ -- The relationship between a mother and a child is a unique and special bond that lasts a lifetime. As Mother’s Day approaches (celebrated Sunday, May 13, 2012) sons and daughters who have lost their mother may feel especially sad reflecting on memories of their cherished mother. In recognition of this important day, and the emotions that may accompany it, Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center will host “Managing Mother’s Day” on Tuesday, April 24, at 7:00 p.m. The program, which is open to adult children and their surviving parent, will be held at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch, in the Wellness Center.

Registration is required. For more information or to RSVP, please contact Premajyothi Devi, Bereavement Coordinator and Counselor, at 973-322-4817 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
