ASBURY PARK, NJ - Kick Cancer Overboard is a local not-for-profit organization with a very simple mission: To give away free cruises to people whose lives have been affected by cancer.
Last year KCO gave away 16 free cruises with 100 supporters and families coming along for the celebration of life. “So far this year we have given away 20 cruises to those who truly deserve a break”, states Ted Friedli, the founder of KCO and the owner of Excel Travel in Long Branch.

At the Stone Pony Benefit Concert Lauren Antonucci and her Mom Margaret Johnson of Long Branch, were the recipient of the night for this years cruise to Bermuda in May. Lauren was the one who submitted her Mom’s story to KCO and was very excited about spending some quality Mother/Daughter bonding time on the cruise.
