SHREWSBURY, NJ - English conversation classes at the Monmouth County Library enter their fourth year in 2012.
Free classes will be offered at three different Library branches: Library Headquarters in Manalapan; Eastern Branch in
Library Headquarters offers two levels of classes: one for beginners, the other for intermediate. All classes are free and open to any adults speaking English as a second language.
Programs are as follows:
English Through Conversation Class
4 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan 3 – Feb. 28
Beginner level English conversation class for adults speaking English as a second language. Listen and practice English. These 90-minute classes are free of charge and registration is not required. Beginning in March, the English Through Conversation classes will switch to 10 a.m. on Thursdays, from March 1 through June 21.
Intermediate English Conversation Class
7 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 3 – June 19
Intermediate level English Conversation Class for adults who speak English as a second language. Classes are free of charge and registration is not required. All classes are free and meet for 90 minutes.

All classes are free and meet weekly at the Eastern Branch Library. Please register in person at the first class on January 18, or the second class on January 25.

6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 3 – Feb. 28
Literacy Volunteers of Monmouth County offer free English as a Second Language classes to adults, aged 18 and older. Please bring a notebook and pen to each class.
